This is your chance to take part in our Lake District Krypton Factor team building challenge, based on the iconic TV show that's designed to bring your team together with its fun filled activities that are bound to entertain and amuse everyone taking part!

Upon arrival groups will be split into teams and given a briefing as to how the team building event will run. The teams will then introduce themselves to one another and will need to film a team introduction with video cameras provided, which will be shown to the rest of the teams and rated out of 10 by the instructors of the activity - sounds cringey but it’s a great icebreaker!
