Where did the Haka Originate?

The Haka is an ancient dance of the New Zealand Maori that was used traditionally to prepare a war party for battle. Usually it was performed either on the battle field before meeting with the enemy or as the war party was leaving their own village. The purpose of the Haka was to intimidate enemies.

Why do New Zealand All Blacks Rugby do the Haka?

The All Black Haka is one of the most feared and respected pre-match rituals and is known all around the world. Since they are so patriotic with their country and the sport itself it makes sense why they use the Haka as part of their ritual. After all the purpose is to prepare for war or in this case, prepare for the match!

What is the Duration of the Haka Challenge?

The Haka Challenge can last from 30-90 minutes depending on your group size!
