What we did
We ran cocktail making, one of our evening team building activities. A bartender takes the group through mixing, muddling and shaking their own drinks, with a bit of friendly competition and plenty of tasting along the way, so cocktail making works as a social wind-down rather than a task. We arranged the bar, the bartender and the running order, and kept communication clear in the lead-up, so the Bristol-Myers Squibb team just turned up and enjoyed the evening. It suited a team that wanted to relax together after work, and we run team building in Chester and across the UK.
