What we did
We ran a street dance class, one of our indoor team building activities. Like all our dance classes, a professional instructor breaks the routine down step by step, so no one needs any experience to keep up, and within minutes the whole team is moving together. It works because everyone is in it at once, learning it and getting it wrong and right as a group. Our instructor kept the Pfizer team going from the warm-up to the full routine, and it went down well enough that they asked about booking it for other departments. We run team building in Windsor and across the UK.
