How Our Stag Do Packages Work

Tell us your dates, destination and rough numbers and we send a tailored quote within 24 hours. When you are happy, here is how the money works:

  • One simple group deposit. Secure the whole package with a £20 deposit, then a further £80 within two weeks (£100 in total). It is a group deposit, not a deposit per person, so no one is fronting cash for everyone.
  • Everyone pays their own share. Invite the group to your My Events area and each lad pays his own bit online, in his own time. No spreadsheets, no chasing.
  • No single room supplements. The price we agree when you book is the price you pay, odd or even numbers, with a mix of twin, double and triple rooms.
  • Your balance is due six weeks before. Spread the cost across the group up to then, with your exact deadline shown in My Events.
  • ABTA-bonded. Any package that includes accommodation is financially protected, so your money is safe.

What is a stag do package, and what's included?

A stag do package combines your accommodation, activities and a night out in one booking. Ours typically include a hotel or apartment stay, one or more activities, transfers on European trips, and a night out sorted, all for a set per-person price. You can swap or add to anything before you book.

You secure the whole package with a £20 deposit, then a further £80 within two weeks (£100 in total). That is a group deposit, not a deposit per person. Your balance is then due six weeks before the weekend, and every lad can pay his own share online up to then.
