What we did

We ran Archery Battle Tag, one of our outdoor team building activities: dodgeball, but with bows and foam-tipped arrows. Teams take cover behind bunkers, fire arrows to eliminate the other side and knock the target cones for extra points, and a clean catch brings an eliminated teammate back into the game. Our event co-ordinator handled the kit, the safety briefing and the running of the games, so the LAKA team could just turn up and play. It is one of those activities where everyone gets involved fast, whatever their sporting background, which is exactly what an active team wanted. We run team building in Windsor and right across the UK.
