What we did
We ran Chain Reaction, one of our indoor team building activities, built around communication and problem solving. Teams design and build sections of a contraption that only works when every part connects, so the whole room has to plan, talk and adapt together to make it succeed. Our event manager handled the kit, the setup and the running order, so the AstraZeneca team just turned up and took part. By the end the room had gone from a standing start to a working chain reaction, every team’s section depending on the next, which is exactly the kind of collaboration AstraZeneca wanted to start the year on. We run team building in Cambridge and right across the UK.
