The venue finding service is free. Every venue we shortlist comes with a price, and it is the same price you would pay booking direct. We are paid by the venue, not by you, so there is no markup and no charge for the finding, the advice or the day-of coordination.

We Arrange the Whole Day

Booking the team building activity is the easy bit. Then comes the venue, the catering, the timings, the teas and coffees, lunch, and making it all run to schedule on the day. That is a lot of separate phone calls. Give it to us instead. We arrange the venue, the food and drink and the activities as one package, run by one team, so you turn up to a day that already works.

We Deal With the Venue, Not You

It carries on behind the scenes. Before the day, our team coordinates directly with the venue: arranging access and set-up time to unpack, a slot afterwards to pack down, and sorting the details most people forget to ask, like parking, drop-off points and where your team actually goes when they arrive. You never see any of it, which is the point.

Or Run It in Your Office

You do not always need a venue. Office team building is a real option: if you have a function room or meeting space, we can run plenty of indoor team building activities right there, a crafty session for a team of 12, for example. Some offices have the grounds or car park for outdoor activities too. Only the largest outdoor events really need a dedicated venue. If your own space might work, just ask and we will tell you honestly whether it is up to it and what will run well in it.
