Team Building Activities in Dublin

Team building activities in Dublin are led by treasure hunts, with the local line-up built around formats that travel well: app-led hunts that use the city itself, and outdoor kit that comes over with the team. Dublin is the one location outside the UK where we run corporate team building, and we have been doing it since 2007, part of more than 10,000 team building events, with a dedicated event manager planning it with you.

Dublin is a smaller location for us than our UK cities, so rather than a ranked list this is what teams here genuinely go for. Tell us your numbers and a date and we will match the format to your group, with free venue finding if you need a room.

Team Building Venues in Dublin

Most Dublin events run at your own office or a room you already use, with city centre hotels, Docklands meeting space and the business parks out at Sandyford and Citywest all in regular use, and the app-led hunts working the streets from Temple Bar out towards St Stephen's Green. We cover the Greater Dublin area, so Swords, Malahide, Dun Laoghaire, Blackrock and Bray are all in reach, and we go further into Leinster on request. No room of your own? Our free venue finding service sources one for your numbers and location at no extra cost.

What Every Team Building Event Includes

  • We come to you – our event team travels to your office or venue anywhere in the UK, with all the kit and setup.
  • A dedicated event manager – one point of contact who plans the day with you and runs it on the day.
  • Free venue finding – if you need a space, we source the right one for your group size and location at no extra cost.
  • Fully insured and ABTA-bonded (Y6501) – every event is covered and your booking is protected.

Team Building in Dublin FAQs

Yes. Dublin is the one location we run outside the UK, and we cover the Greater Dublin area with it, including Swords, Malahide, Dun Laoghaire, Blackrock and Bray. We travel further into Leinster on request, and everything the activity needs comes with the team.
Most Dublin events run at your own office or a room you already use, and we also work in city centre hotels and function rooms, with the app-led hunts using the streets themselves. If you have no space, we will find one.
Dublin is one of our smaller locations, so there is no single stand-out here. Treasure hunts are what Dublin teams book most, and the rest of the mix is a corporate sports day, GPS spy school and life drawing, all live and bookable locally.
Yes, and it is free. Our venue finding service sources a room for your group size and part of Dublin, and the venue pays us a commission, so you pay the same as booking direct.
The lowest starting point is about £18 per person, with the total set by the activity, your numbers and how long you run. Send us the details and a full quote follows, usually within 30 minutes.
Two to three hours covers most Dublin activities, which fits an afternoon slot. Put two together and it becomes a half or full day.
From around six up to several hundred. A small team runs one activity; a larger Dublin group works in waves or side by side, and we bring the staff to match.
A few weeks is usually enough. Summer and December fill first, so move earlier on those, but shorter notice often works, so it is worth asking.
For a large Dublin group, a corporate sports day and the ultimate treasure hunt both scale well. A sports day spreads stations across open ground, and the treasure hunt splits a big group into competing teams across the city.
The Dublin line-up leans outdoors, so the honest answer is that indoor choice here is narrower than in our UK cities. Life drawing and dance classes run indoors, the app-led hunts go ahead in poor weather, and we can bring other indoor formats over if you tell us the date.
Yes. We run team building for companies across the UK and Ireland, from AstraZeneca to KPMG, and we ran a smartphone pub treasure hunt for the team at Lidl in Belfast. With ABTA bonding and an Excellent Trustpilot rating, a Dublin booking rests on the same track record.
