A cocktail masterclass is a hands-on session where the stag group learns to mix, shake and muddle their own cocktails under a professionally trained mixologist. Held in a city centre venue kept exclusive to the stag group, it starts with a welcome drink before the lads get behind the bar to make and drink two to three cocktails each. There is a demo and tasting along the way, and mocktails are on hand for anyone not drinking. It is a fun, interactive way to kick off the celebrations.
