- Start times: 9:30am-12:30pm or 1:30pm-4:30pm
- Venue: 20 minute drive from Lake District National Park
- Safety equipment & Buoyancy aids included
- Each participant must be able to swim a minimum of 25 Metres
- Bring a change of clothes and a towel
- T-shirt and shorts in warmer weather, Old tracksuit etc...for the winter
- Trainers or wetsuit boots -no open toe sandals or flip-flops
