With all the different ways to improve morale and increase staff retention, it’s obvious why team building in Hull has become so popular. Whether you are looking for indoor activities or outdoor experiences. You will have an abundance of amazing choices for you and your staff to enjoy. Improving the relationship between employers and staff is extremely important for a number of reasons. Which is why team building in Hull is so important.
Surprisingly, Hull packs a punch when it comes to events – catering for any shape or size group no matter what your vision is. Or if you have no vision at all and need some inspiration, team activities in Hull can help you get some perspective too.
Have one show stopper event that your members will be talking about for weeks, or build a whole day out with some food and drink in between, the choice is yours in Hull. A few key things to remember when you’re organising an event is the most important factor.
Whether you want to strengthen co-worker bonds or reward for their hard work, the core of any activities is to bond with everyone in a more informal environment than the office. Develop skills, make some memories and have fun in between, but remember that team bonding activities is the goal!
Smaller groupswill battle in a variety of mental, physical agility challenges across numerous zones to earn crystals for a chance to reach the giant inflatable dome in the final in this competitive activity.
Work in smaller groups and collaborate together as participants try to paint part of a bigger picture communicating with those few who have actually seen it in this unique and creative activity.
Food & Drink Activities
Nothing gets people engaged and motivated to take part quite like food and drink, and this can be seen in activities being centred around food! These kind of events bring everyone together with something in common they can talk about, with no prior skills needed to leave everyone as equals.
One of our most popular activities to date is the pizza making experience, a chance to create your own dough and have a tasty meal you made by hand. As an example, this blends a unique experience, fun activity and sit-down meal all into one event, making it incredibly effective for staff bonding.
Indoor Team Building Activities
With our British weather being hit and miss no matter the time of year, we often find that companies like to organise their events inside just in case. This makes indoor activities incredibly popular, closely followed by outdoor experiences for the riskier among us!
You can choose from our many creative workshops for an event that’s a little outside of the box, or gets everyone working together in games like TV shows and commercials in activities like the popular Retro showdown. We’ve made our selection of best activities so vast that you don’t need to forfeit getting active or using mental skill in order to enjoy indoor activities.
Outdoor Activities in Hull
If you need a large space for an even larger office, we suggest opting for outdoor activities depending on the time of year you’re looking to organise yours. Outdoor activities come in all shapes and sizes, and you can choose from a variety to make sure they fit your vision.
Develop communication skills with commercial teambreak or reward your staff with some fun in It’s a Knockout (based on the famous TV show), the choice is yours. Events outdoors also give you the chance to maybe invite multiple offices, or even family and friends of co-workers to make the most of your time out of the office.
The team loved the activity! The chef was hilariously funny and we teased him with asking for ketchup and pineapples for the pizza. The dough throwing was the highlight, with doughs flying all over the place.
It was a great success and thank you for the patience during organising everything.
This event was booked for a work team evening. All of the logistics were taken care of and the agenda for the event was well run. Overall it was easy to organise, excellently and was value for money when compared to a conventional dinner out. I would recommend and I will likley be using it again
