San Antonio – Sunset Strip
Known as the sunset strip, the popularity of San Antonio began with the sunset views and has been continued by the excellent venues to dance the night away in. You can start your evening, fill your night and end the early morning on a high with the help of San Antonio! The aforementioned Café Mambo and Café del Mar are obvious choices to have a few beers and toast to your best pal before your vision starts getting blurry. But once you’re a few drinks in, where’s best to spend the night?
San Antonio is home to two of the most talked about nightclubs in all the Balearic Islands, and absolute gems when it comes to celebrating a weekend. Firstly, Amnesia nightclub needs no introduction. Known as the ‘Temple of Sound’, the venue has been holding massive events since the early 2000’s that will change your view on nightlife forever. The nightclub itself is huge and definitely on the expensive side, but make sure you check the calendar for events like Elrow to get the most out of your visit to this highly sought-after nightlife venue.
If you’re looking for something a bit different to a simple night out under the Spanish sun, make sure you add The Zoo Project into your plans. This massive venue is partially set in an old abandoned zoo, housing pool parties, four outdoor arenas and a restaurant for bites to eat. You can spend a whole day and evening at this animal-themed venue, with live performances and DJ sets running all summer.
Playa d’en Bossa
The opposite of the relaxed Ibiza hills up North, Playa d’en Bossa is the home of dramatic nightlife, events to die for and new wave venues that double up with food, drink and entertainment all in one. One venue that’s stood out from the crowd since it’s opening is Ushuaïa Beach Club inside the same-named hotel. You don’t have to pay the big bucks to stay in the hotel, however you’ve not experienced a trip to Ibiza without a night at their beach club! Pool parties, live music events and world-famous DJ’s grace the stage throughout the summer, with areal dancers and performers on stilts to give the club a wow factor
A venue with a similar awe-inspiring style is Hï Ibiza just next door. New to the scene from 2017, the electronic music, state of the art design and magnetic décor are just a few reasons why this nightclub was an instant hit with groups.
You really are spoiled for choice when organising the night out for your stag weekend in Ibiza. Partying all day, into the night and through the early hours of the morning has never been easier! Alongside the other two big areas, Ibiza Town is also one to watch when it comes to big clubs and trendy bars. One nightclub that every in Europe knows about is Pacha nightclub. World-famous for it’s unique style and celebrity music performances, Pacha knows how to look after a group of guys for the night. The design has changed over the years, but you’re still guaranteed a great night out here.
Ibiza Town is double-edged when it comes to nightlife. This region of the island offers you the glitz and glamour of a big night out, but also quieter venues that are open late and keep you entertained in a more relaxed setting. S’Escalinata Eivissa is the perfect example of this. This bar is small but spills out onto the steps with cushion and little tables so you can sit, chat and drink until 3am.
Beach Clubs in Ibiza
Where there’s a beach, there’s a beach party! It would be rude to go all the way to Ibiza and not make the most of the sun, right lads? Make sure you catch a tan and spend the day drinking, dancing and diving at one of Ibiza’s many beach clubs around the island. A unique way to party, beach clubs offer fun in the sun in its rawest form. Starting off with one of the most popular beach clubs to date, Ocean Beach has everything you need for a day full of celebrations. Champagne sprays, exclusive day beds, crazy performers and live music all make up the unique experience you get at Ocean Beach.
You’ll find Ocean Beach smack bang in the middle of San Antonio near the Sunset Strip, but if you’re heading to the South coast then Nikki Beach might be better suited. Sophisticated yet always busy, Nikki Beach oozes a VIP edge and includes the pool, outdoor area, bar and restaurant if you get a little peckish.
