Life Drawing Stitch-Up
What happens: He thinks he's attending a life drawing class. He's the model.
Why it works: Private venue, controlled environment, zero risk of getting removed. Tutor included.

The Handcuff Surprise
What happens: A professional dwarf performer in full fancy dress is handcuffed to the groom for a full hour. Wherever the stag heads, bar, dancefloor or food stop, his unexpected sidekick follows. The group knows. He doesn't.
Why it works: There's no single reveal moment. The humour builds as the hour unfolds and the situation keeps escalating naturally. It's structured, hosted and designed to keep everyone laughing — including the groom.

Stag Arrest
What happens: A fake police officer tracks the groom down mid-evening, produces handcuffs, and stages a dramatic police-themed arrest. Once he's convinced he's in genuine trouble, he's taken to a private room, where the "questioning" turns out to be a strip show.
Why it works: The panic on his face before the reveal is the whole point. No acting required from the lads, just watch and enjoy.

Beer Babes Bar Crawl
What happens: Two hosts run the entire night, rounds, games, forfeits, challenges. The groom is the target all evening.
Why it works: The prank is baked in. You don't have to organise anything on the night. The best man looks like a hero.

Sexy Wake Up Call
What happens: The morning after a big night, a gorgeous European stripper turns up at the accommodation and performs a 15 minute show while the lads watch the groom try to process what's happening through a hangover.
Why it works: Timing is everything. Nobody expects a stitch-up at 9am. The element of surprise is at its peak and the group is all together.
Available in Budapest, Bratislava, Prague and Munich.
Electric Shock Football
What happens: Everyone wears electric shock packs that go off at the worst possible moments.
Why it works: The prank is on the whole group, not just the groom — which means he's laughing too. Nobody gets singled out unfairly.

Dominate the Stag
What happens: A female dominatrix joins the group for a full hour across 3–4 bars, complete with free shots at the first stop. She has one primary target: the groom. Her tactics for keeping him in line are entirely her call.
Why it works: Unlike a one off activity, this runs across the whole early evening so the embarrassment is spread out, the lads get to drink, and the groom has no idea when it's going to stop.
The Airport Surprise
What happens: After clearing customs in Amsterdam, a guide meets the group and loads everyone onto a private bus to the hotel. Along the way the bus pulls over — and either a fake police officer or a hitchhiker boards and treats the stag to a 15-minute strip show before anyone reaches the hotel.
Why it works: The stag has no idea it's coming. He's just landed, he's tired, he's carrying his bags — and the prank hits before the weekend has even officially started. Sets the tone perfectly.
Oil Wrestling
What happens: Two performers covered in oil go head-to-head in a wrestling match inside a Berlin strip club. The show runs for around 15-20 minutes from 10pm, with one drink per person included and an English-speaking guide to sort entry.
Why it works: It's a proper show — not just a stitch-up. The whole group watches together, which means nobody's left standing around wondering what's happening. Great late-night addition after a big day.

Stag Show on Stage
What happens: Two strippers drag the groom up on stage for a 15-minute performance in front of the whole group. The lads watch from the crowd with a welcome drink each. The stag earns unlimited beer for his troubles.
Why it works: He's centre stage — literally. There's nowhere to hide and the whole group has front row seats. The unlimited beer at the end means he can't even complain properly.
Dog Attack Prank
What happens: The stag gets kitted out in a full protection suit at a disused military base outside Riga. A state police K9 instructor then releases a trained police dog. The groom runs. The dog is faster. Three more lads get a go after him, which softens the blow slightly.
Why it works: Completely unlike anything else on this list. The look on his face before the dog is released is the entire point. Return transfers included so there's no logistics faff.
Jelly Wrestling
What happens: Two performers wrestle each other in a jelly-filled ring for the first round while the group watches. Then the stag — who you've secretly packed speedos for — gets pulled in for round two.
Why it works: The first round is genuinely entertaining. The second round, once he realises he's going in, is where the prank lands. Make sure nobody tells him about the speedos in advance.

After 18 years of stag weekends, here's what we tell every best man. We've seen what gets groups removed before 9pm and what makes the weekend legendary.
- Don't humiliate him before a competitive activity — he'll be distracted and the group dynamic shifts
- Keep the prank before 10pm — later in the night the variables multiply
- Don't isolate him from the group — it works when everyone's in on it together
- Know your crowd — older guests, colleagues or a groom who doesn't drink changes everything
- Never rely on strangers or public reactions — you can't control that, and venues won't back you up
