How Goofy Games Works for a Stag Do

Your host runs the stag party through eight challenges, with each game adding to a running points tally. The challenges include a bungee run along an inflatable cider course, inflatable pitchfork duels on raised podiums, welly wanging, tractor tyre rolling, a water bomb catapult challenge and pub skittles played while dizzy from spinning round a pole. Scores are tracked throughout and totalled at the end, with a prize for the overall winner. There is also an optional final challenge that puts the stag in the hot seat if the lads fancy using it.

Why Goofy Games Works for Stag Groups

The games are daft enough that no one has an advantage going in, but competitive enough that everyone cares by the second or third round. Welly wanging does not reward a particular skill set. Neither does rolling a tractor tyre. What tends to happen is that whoever's least bothered at the start ends up the most invested by the halfway point. It also works well across a mixed stag group. School friends, brothers, the groom's uncle who was definitely not expected to get this into it. The format brings everyone in quickly. Being outdoors during the day means it sets the evening up rather than getting in the way of it.

Where Does Goofy Games Take Place?

Goofy Games runs at outdoor event spaces, with most of the challenges played on grass. It is available in Bath and Cardiff in the UK, along with Birmingham and Bristol, plus Barcelona and Madrid in Europe. Some locations run themed versions of the event, including Welsh Games and West Country Games, which adapt the challenges to suit the local area. During the winter months an indoor version is available at some locations, so check this in advance for your chosen destination.
