Behaviour Bond

Upon arrival, a £200 damage deposit per apartment is required, which must be paid by card. This deposit is taken as a pre-authorisation and will be returned to your card within 3-5 working days after your departure date. Guests will contacted by the property prior to arrival in order to obtain card payment for the bond. Please note that all apartments will be inspected upon check-out.
