Funktion Leisure Acquires GoHen, StagWeb & Groupia
Funktion Leisure Ltd has acquired Groupia and its brands, including the hen and stag specialists GoHen and StagWeb, out of administration. Both are back online and taking bookings again under new ownership.
Funktion Leisure is the company behind Funktion Events, the ABTA-bonded UK group events company that has been organising hen parties, stag dos and corporate events since 2007. The acquisition brings GoHen and StagWeb into an established, secure group, with their booking operations already restored.
GoHen and StagWeb are open for bookings
The short version for customers is simple: GoHen and StagWeb are trading again, and you can book with confidence. Both sites are live, enquiries are open, and the teams are back to arranging hen and stag weekends across the UK and Europe.

Two brands, over twenty years of hen and stag weekends
GoHen and StagWeb have been organising group trips since 2002, and between the Groupia brands they have sent more than 750,000 people on hen and stag celebrations. That track record, and the loyal customers behind it, is exactly why we wanted to protect them.
Part of an established UK events group
Funktion Events has been running group events since 2007. The team has arranged more than 55,000 hen parties and 12,000 stag weekends, alongside thousands of corporate and team building events, and is rated Excellent on Trustpilot from over 2,811 reviews. It is an ABTA-bonded company (membership Y6501), and GoHen and StagWeb are now part of that group.

What happens next
