What to Expect from an Outdoor Escape Room Christmas Party?

An outdoor escape room Christmas party is a brilliant way to challenge yourself and your colleagues without the constraints of a classic escape room experience! Taking place in your local town or city, this entirely smartphone-based activity sees you split up into smaller groups before taking to the streets to uncover GPS hotspots around the area. At each one, you’ll be faced with a series of cryptic questions, interactive photo/video challenges and more. But with just 90 minutes on the clock, you’ll need to be quick to be in with a chance to become the overall winners and escape in time!

The Dark Curse Theme

Working in teams you must lift the dark curse that has befallen the land. Using your smartphones and the latest interactive app, your group will be put to the ultimate test. Locate GPS hotspots in a location of your choice, where you'll carry out tasks that bolster your magical skills. The aim is to restore white (good) magic to the land, all before time runs out. Can your team escape before the blood moon sets over the festive season?

Event Format

To start the day off, everyone who will be taking part will have the chance to download and install the bespoke game app on their phones. If you’ve opted for a remote facilitator, they will join you for a brief rundown on how the day will go before splitting you up into smaller teams of 4-6 people. They will also explain the theme of your outdoor escape room and the backstory behind it.

Then, you’ll get to make your way to GPS hotspots around the area where teams will be faced with interactive photo and video challenges, trivia questions and more in a bid to solve the mystery, escape and win as many points as you can.

When your 90 minutes is up, each team will come back together for a 15-minute wrap-up session, detailing who managed to escape, who scored the highest and which team are the overall winners of the day!

Our outdoor escape rooms last for around 90 minutes - This gives you and your colleagues more than enough time to make your way to various hotspots around your chosen town or city and be in with a chance of taking 1st place position on the leaderboard!

Our outdoor escape rooms can be hosted in towns and cities across the UK and Europe, so no matter where you and your colleagues are based, all of you can get stuck in and have a great time with this fully interactive experience!

How many People can Take Part in an Outdoor Escape Room Christmas Party?

This activity can be hosted for up to 500 people. However, we do have a minimum group size of 10 people that must be met in order to run your event. If you already know your group size, just let one of our team members know when making an enquiry.
