Dodge, duck and dive to get in the best position to throw that winning shot. Throughout the dodgeball team building activity, you’ll be throwing the ball at the opposition with some well-aimed shots while dodging balls coming your way. The winning team is quite simply the last man/lady standing.

The object of dodgeball is to eliminate all opposing players by getting them "OUT". This may be done by hitting an opposing player with a LIVE (hasn't been deflected off another person/surface) thrown ball below the shoulders, or catching a LIVE ball thrown by your opponent before it touches the ground.

There are lots of other rules including the initial "rush" for the balls, boundary lines etc... but these are all pretty simple and will be explained in full on the day.

What to wear for Dodgeball

Fancy dress is encouraged as it adds to the fun! (But please keep it decent as our sessions are often arranged in family sports centres.)
