Event Format

You’ll start the sports multi activity day once you arrive at the sports venue and meet your events coordinator. They will take the lead throughout the experience, first splitting your staff into separate groups to create some friendly competition. Everyone will run through the order of the day, some safety instructions and how to use the equipment before the games begin.

Depending on how many activities you chose, your team away day will vary in time but will be organised by the event host who will keep track of points. Each group will have a chance at all of the games, working together to score points. There will also be opportunity for breaks and photos so you can capture memories.

Once everyone has had a go at each of the activities, it’s time for the final wrap-up. Your events co-ordinator will run through everyone’s scores before announcing the winner.
