How Does the Smartphone Urban Treasure Hunt in Derby Run?

This outdoor event is completely self-run through a clever GPS-tracked app that unlocks virtual hotspots throughout your location. On the day of your smartphone urban treasure hunt, simply split down into small squads and activate the app on each smartphone.    From there, set off around Derby to discover and unlock hotspots. Each hotspot will reveal certain challenges and general knowledge quizzes to help you earn points. The app also includes a live updated scoreboard and photo wall for each group to utilise throughout this unique activity.

Add a facilitator for an additional cost who will provide a remote briefing via video link plus support throughout the activity. Our event staff will presentation / wrap up the activity showcasing the best photos and videos taken by the participants throughout the event again via remote video link.
