What is the Pub Olympics Team Building?

The Pub Olympics team building session is an informal and fun away day which will have your colleagues competing in groups against one another to earn fun money. There will be a variety of fun games for you to play on the day. You simply choose which ones you would like to play, and the event host will have everything set up for you. You have options from the likes of giant Jenga, air hockey, electric darts and much more! It’s an ideal event if you want to get your colleagues to communicating, bonding, and using vital skills over a few fun games.

  • If you’re after a casual event, we can drop off some of the games and you can play them whilst socialising – just ask for dry hire.

Event Format

On the day, the games you’ve pre-selected will be there ready and waiting for you to play them. Before your event, we will send you a list of options for you to pick and choose from. If you’ve opted for a facilitator, they will give a brief rundown on how the activity will pan out before splitting you up into smaller teams.

During the event, each team will have around 10-25 minutes to play each game, competing against another team to bag as much fun money as they can whilst encouraging lots of friendly competition, teamwork and communication. Once you’ve finished, each team will rotate onto the next game, competing against a different team.

Finally, at the end of the session your facilitator will total up each team’s winnings to determine who the overall champions are, crowning them the winners of the day!

The event went very well and the two guys were great at keeping things going and ensuring everyone was involved. Perfect for team building and just what I was looking for.

The event went really well, it was very well organised and the staff were very attentive and ‘slick’. I’m glad we picked this as an event, everyone was very relaxed and it was a good ‘mingling’ situation to build out project team.

I had good feedback from many people, even the director! So all in all a successful event.
