What Happens on a Glow Dodgeball Hen Party?

Get ready for a high-energy, light-up twist on classic dodgeball! Your glow dodgeball hen party takes place in a blacked-out indoor venue, where UV lighting and fluorescent pitch markings keep the action glowing. Even the bibs and balls light up, making it easy to stay in the game. Want to take it up a notch? Bring along neon accessories, UV face paint, or bright clothing to really stand out on the pitch and add to the fun!

What’s Included

  • Hosted in an indoor, blacked-out sports hall venue
  • Event coordinator to host the games
  • Play various mini games of glow dodgeball
  • Fluorescent bibs and glow in the dark equipment
  • Feel free to bring your own fluorescent clothing and face paint to stand out (not included but highly encouraged!)
  • Duration: 1 hour
  • Start times: between 10am and 4pm

Where is Glow Dodgeball Played?

All of our GlowSports events, including glow dodgeball and glow netball are played across the UK in various major cities. In each location glow dodgeball will be played in a sports hall type venue that can black out all natural light to make it fun.

What Should I Wear for a Glow Dodgeball Hen Party?

If you want your bibs to stand out, dark clothing is a great choice. But if you’re ready to embrace the glow, go bold with your brightest outfits! UV paint is also a must—it adds that extra bit of fun under the lights. We recommend wearing comfortable sports or gym wear with trainers for easy movement. Steer clear of evening wear, heels, or boots - this is all about fun and fast-paced action!
