With Den of Dragons team building in Reading, everyone taking part will have the chance to show off their entrepreneurial spirits as participants break into smaller groups to develop a brand new product idea! Inspired by the popular BBC television series, this activity requires lots of good communication, strategic thinking and creativity throughout, making it a great activity to consider hosting if you’re looking to boost your teammate’s core soft skills.

After developing the initial idea, researching the market and working out other factors such as budgets and marketing, each group will get to develop a prototype product using tools and equipment provided on the day. With a board of potential investors to impress, each group will need to give a fantastic pitch in order to be in with a chance of winning the investment and those all-important gold medals at the end of the day!
