Give your colleagues the chance to harness their entrepreneurial spirit and creativity by arranging Den of Dragons team building in Essex for your next company away day. For this experience, participants will break up into smaller groups of 4-6 people to brainstorm, develop and pitch a brand new product idea to a board of potential investors.

Encouraging a plethora of soft skills throughout the activity such as teamwork, collaboration and good communication, groups will even get to build a prototype using tools and equipment provided on the day before rehearsing and presenting their final pitch to the investors. Once each group has presented their pitch, the investors will make their final decision on which they would collectively invest in. With medals given out for the winning group, who’s product will be crowned the best of the bunch?
