What to Expect from a Chicago Dance Hen Party?

Feel like you’re on the stages of Broadway as you learn an iconic dance routine from one of the most well-loved musicals of all time! With classics like “All That Jazz” and “Rouge your Lips”, the hen do will be taught a fully choreographed routine by an experienced instructor. They will run you through a quick warm-up at the start before progressing onto teaching you the basic steps and moves. You will get to practice these as you go, putting together each section of the routine piece-by-piece. By the end of the class, you’ll get to show off what you’ve learnt with a full rehearsal of the dance.

  • Learn some intricate dance moves and hand movements
  • Rehearse the dance moves as you go

Where Does a Chicago Dance Hen Party Take Place?

Generally, we will seek out town/city centre dance studios for your event, giving you plenty of space and privacy to enjoy yourselves to the maximum. Alternatively however, where this isn’t an option we will look to host your Kisstory dance hen party at a private function room, be it in a hotel or bar close to you and/or your accommodation.

What to Wear on a Chicago Dance Hen Party?

It’s advisable to wear sporty, loose-fitting and/or gym clothes for your event. But, with that being said, we still encourage you to dress up in your best razzle-dazzle gear like fishnet gloves and flapper headbands to fit the theme of the day!

A few from my hen weekend a couple of weeks ago. I have the best bridesmaids...a dance glass, ghost walk and gin tasting thanks you to Emma and Lynne for arranging. We had a great time the instructor was amazing!

You asked for feedback on our Chicago dance lesson. We had the best time, my friends are still talking about it . Our lovely instructor was a very pleasant and made our afternoon so much fun.
We were very mixed ages from 30 something to 70 and we all enjoyed trying to get our routine together.

We were rubbish but we had the greatest laugh trying. I have told loads of people about Funktion events. Thanks again!
