What is the Ultimate Treasure Hunt Christmas Party?
An interactive treasure hunt around your local city complete with questions and challenges around a huge selection of topics. This experience will start off once you’ve split into groups and downloaded the GPS activated app on your phones. From there, explore your location to discover hotspots around the map. Each hotspot will reveal tasks and quizzes to answer as a group, working together to earn as many points as you can. Use your groups strengths to earn the most points before the end of the day whilst keeping check on the live scoreboard throughout.

Add a facilitator for an additional cost who will provide a remote briefing via video link plus support throughout the activity. Once the squads have unlocked all the hotspots and completed the challenges, they come back together as a whole group for a lively wrap up. Our event staff will presentation / wrap up the activity showcasing the best photos and videos taken by the participants throughout the event.
Event Format
To begin the activity, everyone will get to download and install the bespoke game app on their smartphones which they will use throughout the day to take part in the activity. If you’ve opted for a remote facilitator, they will join you for a short briefing explaining how the activity will run before you split off into smaller teams of 4-6 people.
After naming your team and submitting selfies, you will get to open the interactive map and make your way to each hotspot, tackling questions and challenges at each. With tonnes of categories from all of our best treasure hunts, teams will need to bring out their trivia knowledge and creativity as they take on categories from countries to celebrities, movie trivia and sports to name a few.
At the end of the activity, everyone will make their way back to your meeting point before the highest scorers on the leaderboard are crowned the overall winners of the day.

Is The Ultimate Treasure Hunt okay for large groups?
Definitely! In fact, this activity can cater from 6 to 250 people split into smaller teams to take on the questions and challenges. As the price is per person, you have a lot of flexibility for both small and large groups.
How far could we walk?
You can choose a lot of the route your group takes during the treasure hunt, but we usually say up to 3 kilometres at any given location.
How many is in a team?
We recommend keeping your team between 4-6 people no matter the group size so everyone can get involved in the tasks.
Does each player need their own device?
You can play with one device per team, however we suggest everyone downloading the app. It’s free, and this way the activity is more inclusive as everyone can see the questions & answer together.
Do you provide the smartphone for The Ultimate Treasure Hunt?
No, everyone can use their own smartphone devices on the downloadable app that we provide. This means you have full control of the event!
