If you’re looking to shake up your next away day with something entirely unique and exciting whilst being able to develop your group’s skills, you and your colleagues will love the Crystal Challenge team building in Carlisle. Once everybody has been introduced to the activity co-ordinator and briefed on what the activity entails, the group will be split into teams, which will rotate through a collection of challenges.
