Sports Day Event Format
To begin, you and your colleagues will first split into small equal teams. This will be done by the facilitator, who will be there on the day to manage the event and make sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll be assigned your team bibs before heading over to the first game to battle it out against another team!
During the event, you will all get to play a series of retro games including an Egg N Spoon Race, Hula Hooping, a Bean Bag race and Tug of War to name a few. Participants will need to bring out their best teamwork and collaboration skills on each game if they want to be in with a chance of scoring the most points.
At the end of the activity, everyone will have made their way around each game and had the chance to go head-to-head against each of the other teams. Then, your facilitator will start a ceremony, announcing the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams.
