The shortest marriage on record was from a couple in Kuwait. Shortly after they tied the knot (around 180 seconds later), the bride demanded a divorce. This was because she tripped and fell as they were leaving the courthouse. Instead of her other half helping her up, she got called 'stupid!'

Although most people want to have one wedding in their lifetime, some people do all the planning multiple times. Linda Wolfe is the most married woman in the world on record. She has been married an impressive 23 times! She must have had to figure out what dress and hair to have so many times!

Oldest Couple to Divorce on Record

Bertie Wood and Jessie Wood had been married for 36 years before divorcing. At 98 years old, they are the oldest couple to divorce on record! We do not know the reason for their divorce.

Most Expensive Wedding on Record

Planning can become the most expensive thing you will ever have to pay for. But how much is too much when it comes to your budget? The most expensive wedding on record is the Prince of Abu Dhabi and Princess Salama's wedding in 1981. Their overall wedding, which had over 20,000 guests, cost an impressive $100 million!
