Nottingham is a relatively compact city once you’re in the centre, making most of the major sights and nightlife within easy walking distance. The main train station is located to the south of the City and is best navigated by bus or taxi on arrival. Many of the outdoor activity sites are outside of the City though so again you will need arrange transport if you’re planning on activities such as paintballing.
