Style Up Your Autumn Wedding
Are you dreaming of fallen leaves, warm colours and a golden smoky eye? Since autumn is well amongst us now we thought it would be a great idea to think of how to style up your autumn wedding.
When it comes to planning your autumn wedding the décor and personal touches are always the things that people remember. Because after all you want to make sure that your wedding is different to anything they have been to before.
Firstly, book your venue as soon as possible. Autumn is a season that is loved by everyone as well as it being the last chance we have during the year to be able to sit outside. In fact, September and October make it into the top 4 months to get married which means venues will be booked up pretty quick and you want to make sure it is the perfect venue for your wedding.
Another great idea when it comes to your venue is choosing a barn venue. When they are decorated they can be one of the cosiest venues for an autumn wedding.
After you have chosen your venue start thinking about what colours you will be incorporating into your décor. Think oranges, reds, greens, neutrals. All of the rich cosy colours that you think of when you think of autumn.
If you haven’t got a barn, then fear not you can still give your guests the chance to enjoy the outdoor spaces. Why not arrange a fire pit with a basket full of blankets and umbrellas so that people can still enjoy the autumn evening without being cold or wet.
Another personal touch for when your guests are enjoying the outdoors could be sparklers and fireworks. Nothing screams autumn more than those two things. It would be great if you have children going to your wedding too.
For the seating plan why not place name tags on top of pinecones? The perfect autumnal touch to a very basic need for your reception. Candles, lanterns and fairy lights are also a great touch for your reception area, we don’t think anything is cosier than all different forms of light throughout the venue.
