2. Make Time

It is important to make time so that the Bride knows that her big day is very important to you. The last thing you want is for the Bride to think you aren’t interested so try your very best to be available for all of the appointments that she has booked in. The wedding dress fitting, bridesmaid’s appointments, venue appointments, anything. She will definitely appreciate it and know she made the right decision choosing you to be Maid of Honour.

3. Organise an Out of this World Hen Party

This one is a no brainer, if you’re the Maid of Honour then the role of planning the hen party automatically goes to you! But with that comes the excitement of making sure you send the soon to be wed off into married life the right way. Surrounded by all of her favourite ladies and doing an activity you know she will love. But if you aren’t 100% certain on who she would want there and what to do then just ask her for some ideas.

4. Keep the Bride Calm

This one is important, whether the bride to be is a known stress head or not, the months coming up to her wedding will probably provide her with a fair few stressful days. So keep the mood light, reminisce about the old days, play your favourite song, just make sure you’re helping keep the brides mind off of unnecessary stress.

5. Make Sure All of the Bridesmaids Have Met

This is vital if you want everything to run smoothly, there is nothing worse than feeling like your back in school not knowing anybody so avoid this at all costs. Perhaps you should organise an outing with all the bridesmaids before any wedding events happen so they have the chance to get to know each other better! This would also be nice for the bride-to-be to see all her closest friends getting along.
