2.Bill's Cardiff City Centre
This chain restaurant is loved by everyone and anyone and no matter where you are, as soon as you see Bill’s, there is nothing else you want for breakfast. Cardiff’s city centre Bill’s is no different from the rest. Except it’s inside a late 1800s Wyndham Arcade that is also a Grade II listed building. Sometimes for breakfast you just want something quick, cheap and cheerful right? Well that’s what Café 37 is for. There are so many amazing breakfast options available you are spoilt for choice.
