What Happens on a Cheltenham ABBA Dance Hen Party?
If the bride-to-be is a fan of the Swedish pop group, then treat her by learning a fully choreographed dance routine to one of their biggest hits with an ABBA dance hen party in Cheltenham. A high-energy experience that all the girls will love, the class will first kick off with a fun warm-up led by your dance instructor, who will be on-hand to teach the session and help with the moves & steps. Hosted in the city centre, we will either arrange a private function room or dance studio space for your class, giving you girls enough room to get active and have lots of fun. You’ll get to practice the moves as you learn, and your tutor will be able to tailor the class to suit everyone’s ability level if need be. At the end of the session, it will be time to showcase what you’ve learned by performing the final routine as a group!

Even if you’re not quite a dancing queen, the ABBA dance hen party experience can cater for everyone. On the day, a dance instructor will be ready and waiting to lead your class through a medley of exciting steps, all to the beat of catchy songs like Mama Mia and Take a Chance on Me. Kick off the day with a fun little warm up to get everyone in the mood for dancing. Then, your instructor will have created a fully choreographed dance routine for you and the girls to learn, and all the moves will be tailored to the groups abilities and fitness levels. Alternatively, any girls that don’t fancy boogying to Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! Can watch the whole thing unfold free of charge.
Is this Dance Class Influenced by the Mamma Mia film series?
It can be! The standard ABBA dance class uses songs from the bands’ discography. However, our instructors can adapt the session to be based on the film instead. Let us know which you would prefer, and we’ll create a routine that Donna and the Dynamos would be proud of!

What to wear - Gym wear, trainers (comfortable). Dress up in glittery tops, jumpsuits, blue eye make-up, or anything ABBA themed you want!
