School Sports Day Team Building Event

 

How Does It Work? Your group will be split into teams who will compete against each other on the different games throughout the tournament. Dependent upon the amount of participants and also how you want the event to run, teams will rotate round the different games with one game being played at a time with 3 teams participating and the other teams watching. If necessary we can run more than 3 teams on a game at once. If there are more participants then we would run more than one game at once. All the games would be controlled by the compeer/ head master and his set of safety instructors/school prefects who would explain all the rules, make sure everybody stuck to them and also keep score throughout the event. Once everyone has been divided into their pre determined teams the warm up will start and then it’s into the fun.   What Else? Well it wouldn’t be a school sports day without some golden hits from the school years playing while you pushed yourself to your entertaining limit. Your events team will be dressed up as school students and head teacher to add more fun to the event. The whole event should last between 2 and 4 hours dependent upon your requirements, this includes a presentation where the winning 1st 2nd and 3rd placed team will receive medals. The games are a mix of old favourites such as egg and spoon race, three legged race and sack race combined with a few new ones such as blindfold sprint and a few surprises as well. Team bibs will be provided but we can provide team t-shirts and school uniforms if requested. This is the best part, all you need to provide is the participants. If you want to provide your own venue an ideal size is a flat field approximately ¾ of a football field School Sports Day can also be played indoors. Otherwise we will use our large database of venues to find the perfect location for your event.
