Evening Events | Race Nights If you think that you could make some money at the races then why not give this event a go! This event is thoroughly entertaining for all involved while increasing team communication and creating a fun and exhilarating team building experience that will be remembered for a long time! Ideally this event is run after a dinner or lunch so that the clients are all allocated tables from which their teams can be formed. The energetic race commentator will brief the groups on the running of the event with race forms given prior to each race. Bets will be placed either at betting booths or with the tote girls which will be agreed prior to the event.  If chosen, our tote girls with then circulate through the table taking bets before the race commences. We can even add your company logo to the fun money. We can cover all of the UK with this event.  If you can't find a venue then we have a large database of private rooms, bars & hotels.   We can provide venues throughout the UK   Group Size:  Min: 35 people  -  Max: On request Duration:  2 hrs

How Does It Work? Each team or individual will be provided with fun money.  Up to eight flat or jump races are shown on a large projection screen with form read out by our charismatic compeer, who informs guests of the odds of the horses and their previous outings.  After listening to the form guests place their bets with our tantalising tote people.  Bets can be placed as either individual or teams depending on the size of your party.  This event comes complete with white picket fences and racing posts to add a more authentic feel to the event. If desired we can also add your company logo and colours to the provided fun money and table cards.   If horses are not your thing then we can provide a bonus race which includes animals less known for their speed! What Happens Next? With adrenalin running high, the race begins! Is yours the lame horse? Can you see your nag coming up the inside?! Our commentator will keep you on the edge of your seats throughout! After cheering your horse on to the finish line, any winning bets will be given out by the tote people and the next race and form will begin.  At the end of the races, any individual or teams who still have money left will need to hand it in to the tote people and the guest(s) with the most money will be given a winning trophy and medals or a bottle of bubbly to celebrate their win with! How many tote girls would I need? 1 tote person will look after 30 - 40 people based on table betting with approximately 10 guests per table.  If you would prefer to bet individually then more tote people will be required and custom prices will be given on application.
