Zorbing or Sphering is a fun adrenaline stag party activity not for the faint hearted.  You will be strapped in with another mate at the top of a very long and high hill.  Once ready, you are pushed down the hill, rolling all the way until you reach the bottom. You are fully protected inside the ball.  This is a must for stag parties if your group follows the phrase "work hard and play harder".
