Instead of wasting time searching for somewhere to eat that will cater for your stag party, start off the night by having an informal buffet at the restaurant of the hotel your staying at.  Once people have showered and changed they can just come down and tuck into the buffet and have a few drinks while the rest of the stag party arrive. This is a really good way for every one to get to know each other before the stag weekend really starts. Available at various locations around the UK, but depends on the hotel's avaliablity.
