Choose whether to do climbing, abseiling or both. There are plenty of challenging rocks or descents to have a go at throughout the UK. You would receive a full safety briefing prior to the event and start off on the small rocks or descents first to help build confidence. After you have shown that you can safely and confidently descent you will have a go at a more challenging rock face.
