Before you book any hen do you need to know why Funktion Events is the number one choice and how we achieve this.

Don't just go for the normal boring packages most Stag & Hen companies offer, we'll offer real life experience advice and suggest the best way to plan your party night and weekend.

We are here to make your life easier and to ensure you get the best possible package.  We offer excellent advice to suit your needs but also try to meet and exceed your expectations.  Think about it, how many hen do's have you been on or arranged, some are simply rubbish and feel more like a normal night out.  

We have arranged 100's of hen parties all over the UK and have some brilliant suppliers who can offer that little bit more for less.  We can sort out bar and club tickets which guarantee group entry, find accommodation in the right part of the city centre and put together a hen package which should make the weekend memorable for all the right reasons.

We strive to add that little bit of magic, which makes everyone's experience memorable, especially the hen. For example when you book a night out at the dog races we can arrange a race sponsored by the hen, so her name appears in the brochure as the sponsor and she has to present the cup to the winner of the race.

 How we work with you:

• You browse the hen activities and hen destinations you are interested in and fill out the enquiry form or call us with as much detail as possible
• We then send out an email or call you back once we have some ideas and prices
• Then follows a proposed package via email with tailored suggestions to add that extra wow factor
• You can either email back or call us to discuss the package
• Once you are happy we will send out your final package quote
• The quotes are valid for 14 days but hotels fill up quickly so you will need to book quickly to get the best prices and locations
• When you book we need a deposit of £40 per person to confirm the package, unless specified on your quote
• The package is then booked on your behalf and your access to your personal event library is created.
• Your personal event library will include your full package itinery, essential information on the city you are going to (taxis numbers, bars, clubs, local police station, attractions) and any updates we need to make you aware of.
• The full balance is payable at least 28 days before the event happens and we will ensure you are reminded of this well in advance to enable you to round up all the party goers money .  
• Once the balance is received you will receive a final run through of the whole hen package again to ensure all your questions are answered
• Then its down to you to go out and ensure the hen has a memorable last night of freedom!!!
