First Night Buffet & Drinks
Instead of wasting time searching for somewhere to eat that will cater for your group size, start off the night by having an informal buffet at the restaurant of the hotel your staying at.
Once people have showered and changed they can just come down and tuck into the buffet and have a few drinks while the rest of the group arrive.
This is a really good way for every one to get to know each other before the weekend really starts.
